why Meditate?

I will be committed to sitting and meditating for everyday in February.  Why you ask? Well i find it challenging and like most things in life you want to turn into a healthy habits well you must commit.

This time i will have some help from the best and i am so excited.

I am joining New York Times best seller author Sharon Salzberg in her 7th annual #realhappinesschallenge  named after her book.

Each week Sharon expertly guides different techniques to cultivate focus, clarity, kindness and resilience.

and whats so different from this challenge is that you can also go to weekly gathering at different New York  meditation locations

to learn and be guided from other experts in the field.

So stay still and let the breathe be.
