It’s beautiful when you become aware of your self.
This month a lot has happened and i know that meditation has a lot to do with it.
I have take more action in doing things i had dreamed of or put off just because of the excuses the mind makes.
I feel a sense of inspiration and motivation from just centering my self and finding space to be me.
the side effect of a daily 10 minute practice of committing to sit has changed my attitude and if anything i am more compassionate towards myself.
